Failing sucks. Big time. Especially when you knew you could've done better but you didn't. It made you despise yourself for not giving the very best even though you promised yourself you would.
But nothing makes a perfect wake-up call like a failure. For you have been on the peak so long you forgot the view from bottom. You criticize people around but bamm, reality check made you realize that you're very much the same.
The ego shattered, you'd like to put the blame on others but you can't. Like that would make things any better though.
The second mistake is actually a decision. You decide to fail when you make the same darn mistake twice.
You said you're a Muslim, but how come you ended up tripping at the same hole, again and again?
This battle didn't end here. At least I knew what path would not work.
I am for that satisfactory feeling for accomplishing things and knowing you could not do any better. Because that's when the concept of tawakal and redha came into play, whatever the outcome is.
Thank you failure, you taught me well.
Sincerely,
A passionate type A person.
