So on today's replacement class (today's Sunday btw.... what is life) of Science Nutrition class, my lecturer Dr Yati asked me about Edinburgh because it was included on her UK trip since she's going to UK for her son's graduation. I had a quick memory lapse of flashbacks of all the good times we had there.
It was a very beautiful, old but classy, and basically represent Scotland as a country, since Edinburgh was the capital of the country. Those pavements made out of big blocks almost make you felt like living in history, and the whole city architecture was brilliantly put together, creating this whole timeless effect.
Edinburgh was the first city that we went, at exactly the day after we landed at Scotland. When I looked back at those pictures, I sense a small silly grin on my face, because of how gloomy the weather was when we when. Haha. Typical Scotland weather, I tell you.
Of course, some picture to share. (note that the pic I share in this blog is an exclusive peek, I didnt post it elsewhere in social media because I am a very reserved person hehe)

| On our way to Edinburgh! It takes around two hours of journey down south from Dundee. But the journey was amazing with green view and white spots of sheeps. So cute |

| Edinburgh city |
 |
| Edinburgh castle, a must place to visit when you're there:) note the gloomy weather haha |
 |
| Us and Edinburgh city |

 |
| The sound of Scotland, Bagpipes. |
 |
| So many souvenir shops around city, at reasonable price and of good quality too. But best if you go to different shops first before buying so you'll end up with a good deal |
 |
| Halal shop was so easily accessible around the city (and UK too generally) we even have variety of selections to pick from, such rare situations in muslim-minority countries I think. |
And during our second visit to Edinburgh, we finally see bits of sunshine. Yayy
 |
| Look more alive, isnt it? |
 |
| Hills, stairs, pavements. Walk until your feet sore |
 |
| The Princess Street |
As for activities, not so much to do rather than sightseeing, so Farah being the experienced one suggested the Dungeon, sort of haunted house, but instead of house, it's prisoner's dungeon (which makes it even scarier) and boy we had a blast! Unlike the typical goosebumping, hair-standing, and stomach-trembling experience, it was surprisingly quite educational too, as they include the histories that lurks around the dungeon as you go along, told by the actors that plays their characters well.

| Ummm. Let's just say we had too much fun LOL |
Funny that even after almost 8 months of leaving the country, the memory is still quite vivid, and of course, I longggg to come again and experience it all over again, but then I wonder if it'll be as much as fun when the girls are not around.
And that's it for now, I shall write about my Scotland experience in bits and pieces like this, when I had the mood to, so till then, thank you for reading this post. I hope you had a great day!
With smiles,
Copieee
