Hello everyone and salutation!
Well, today i gotta say, its a monotonous day because everyone is going to school and leaving me, alone at home. And it's not creepy anymore to stay at home alone at noon because there's nothing to be afraid of actually. haha. Merepek kan siang-siang nak seram?Today my parents with my youngest sister go fetch my eldest brother back to the country where he belong to..haha..Taklah, balik Mesir, sambung pengajiannya yg tertangguh tu..So, farewell big bro!
Well instead of being continuously monotonous, today is a special day sebab ada suatu aktiviti yg kita tak buat setiap hari iaitu.....MENIMBANG BERAT!!Wow the last time I timbang berat it did'nt end up that well, walaupun BELUM overweight, tapi memang tak memuaskan langsung. haih. And I was like, I need to do something with it.
So I make some dietary plans,and some exercises routine macam jogging,playing badminton in the evening, but I guess non of them works sebab I'm not stick to those plans and schedule.too bad. Yela, manakan tidak, setakat ni jogging keliling taman baru dua kali pergi dalam setahun, makan berdasarkan tahap kelaparan perut..(makan bile lapar je ye), then badminton takyah cakap ah. Bulu tangkis pun entah kemana lepasnye. hikhik..
Butttttt, I found solution to this weigh-related problems..Memandangkan I'm the type of person who loves walking a lot, and it seems like I cant stop doing so, then I started to think, apa kata I used this hobby as a way of losing weight..Yela, berjalan,mestila gune tenaga, bakar lemak, ape sume kan?From that moment, I started to walk, more than before.Hinggalah sesuatu berlaku pada kasutku.
My shoes is two month old. Can you believe that? Baru dua bulan dah jadi macam ni and I can't take it any longer. Mula-mula tu tak perasan langsung patutla asal lalu kat lopak-lopak air rase sejuk je kaki.Ade jugak terfikir, mybe kasut bocor kott, tapi takkanla cepat sangat rosak..sekali ambik kau, berlubang kat bawah..dua-dua belah pulak tu! =,=". Menyesal gile beli kasut ni, bukan sebab harga dia murah, harga same je dengan Bata, tapi kualiti macam hampeh gile. Then I back to Bata, walaupun tak indah sangat, takpela..Asalkan tahan lame.
And the result, was'nt that dissapointing, I manage to loss 2 kilogram. yayy! although it just 2 kilo, but it means a lot to me and its inspired me to walk and lose more. Alah, setakat kuliah tu, dah berapa puluh kali da tawaf, tapi aspura tak pernah lepas lagi ye. HAHA.
Is it worth to lose a pair of shoes to loss 2kg?Nothing is more worthy than a healthy life, and it's not about losing weight only, but it's about having a healthy life, feel great with my physical and to live my life to the fullest.I rather to lose more shoes in order to lose more weight.(yela, bukannye I yg kene bayar kasut2 tu kan. haha).yeah, stay healthy everyone!
